I live in Rogers Park and have been to El Carrito regularly. Among all dishes, my #1 favorite is Tortas. Made fresh using fresh ingredients… Sometimes I go to El Carrito for dinner so I end up getting few beers from next door liquor store…very convenient place. During lunch time sometimes parking may be difficult but overall excellent place to get Mexican food in Rogers Park neighborhood.
